Woke up at 6AM to do exercises. Thought about breakfast combos while stillin bed. Ended up with: Cous-cous, tuna, raisins. Tasty!
Eating at work was a challange. I will have to bring my own food. Ended up eating milk, salad & peanuts.
Biceps now sore from exercises this AM! Going to nap, then walik/run and grocery store before bed.

Day 2 Journal
Wide awake at 6AM. Jet lag stll? Fifteen minutes to do exercises, stretches and some light yoga, including one backbend!
Great breakfast - omlette/veggies/otmeal/banana. Interview lunch - lots of veggies. Dinner - Subway.

What pain has being unfit cause me?
Tired all the time. Serious back pain. Decreased mental acuity and peace. Less time for activities outside of work! Decreased confidence in relationships and decreased desire to go out and play.

What is my specific goal?
My new body will be 20 pounds lighter, a flat stomach, muscular shoulders, arms and legs; strong back; firm butt; smaller hips and thighs!
Day 1
I've only been doing this half a day and I can already see that it will take a lot of work. making meals is time consuming - until I tried to prepare a meal with one complex carb, 1 fat, 1 protein, 1 dairy, I didn't realize how unbalacned my eating has been! Eating well is important and I'm glad this is a day off to focus on proper eating. It will take a lot of planning and working ahead of time.
End of day 1. Feel exhausted. Diet? Sleep catching up? Die some yoga stretches. Right hip/leg really tight.
