Real Testimonials from participants in my 90/10 Health & Nutrition Challenge Groups.
These testimonials are from actual people in my groups, most of these are unsolicited progress and final reports from teh 6 week challenge. Are they typical results? No they are not 'typical' in the sense that most people who start a project never continue with it. It only works if YOU work it. These people worked it, with my support and the accountability of our challenge groups.
Losing weight and keeping doesn't have to be a mystery!
Do you
think only the strong willed and genetically gifted can lose weight
easily? Is 'eating healthy' too complicated or time-intensive for you?
The 90/10 Nutrition plan is a simple, easy to follow, no-nonsense plan and gets results!
The following are brief comments from participants during each week of the 6 week challenge.
After week 1:
"I
don't own a scale nor a measuring tape. So I really don't have any idea
where I started weight wise. All I know is pants that I could barely
get over my butt and couldn't button, I can fit into after one week. I
feel so much better, but am looking forward to adding more consistent
exercise. " -35 year old working mom
"So far so good! Lost a couple of lbs. my first week. "
"Weighed in this morning at 196.5 lbs. I started the 90/10 Challenge at 198 lbs. good results so far.
This
week will be tough while traveling out of town for business and a camp
out this weekend. But I am up for the challenge. " - 28 year
old cyclist
"I've been following the rules the past
week for the most part, and I lost 2 pounds. I was at 153 this AM."
-30 year old male, runner
"One week, one inch off the
waist. Did I measure wrong? If I keep this pace, I'll be Kate Moss by
the end of the challenge :)"
After 2 Weeks:
"Started
week #2 on a positive note. Started out at 228#'s but went up to 232#'s
after w days. Fortunately, swinging the other direction. Stepped on the
scales this morning and weighed in at 224." -28 year old cyclist
After 3 Weeks:
"At
Mom's house for Easter. Big celebration tomorrow with family.
Temptations all around, and I'll try to be careful-ish. Mom noticed
there's less of me in this visit! " - 59 year old female,
swimmer
After 4 Weeks:
"So far, I am averaging 2lbs a week in weight loss. " - 35 year old working mom
After 5 Weeks:
"I
got on the scale this morning, and it was 149.x. I was shooting for
150. Yesterday, it was 151. So, I'm about there. I haven't even been
trying. Just eating right did the trick, and I don't have those "I'm
starving" feelings very often anymore. In short, this shit works...I
love that I haven't had to track calories. And, I'm getting better
results than I did last year with none of the headaches of counting and
not feeling hungry all the time. " 30 year old male, marathon runner
[ed note-starting weight week 1 was 155]
"Yesterday I pulled my jeans down with out unbuttoning them! It was an unintentional surprise with resulting great happiness!"
After 6 Weeks:
"I have lost about 6 lbs. and 6 inches!" - 59 year old female, swimmer
"I
lost 7 pounds and got down to 10% body fat WITHOUT obsessively
measuring food and counting calories. 90/10 was easy. I feel great. I
learned that restricting diet to high quality foods makes me feel
better, perform better, and is better for me. Thanks Suzanne Atkinson
and the whole 90/10 team." -30 year old male, runner
"I'm
also at my lowest weight in 10 years with a weight loss of around 3kg
for the 6 weeks. I have a target of 2kg more before race season starts
16 June. Its been a nice relaxed, positive group to be a member of so
thanks to everyone for sharing and encouraging."

through. Success depends on your goals and your commitment. Changing
your habits requires motivation, a sustainable plan, and accountability.
If you want to change how you look or feel, you need to change what you
have been doing up to this point.
The amount of
exercise activity of each participant above varies, from next to nothing
to several hours a week of multi-sport training. Participant ages are
