Day 1

I've only been doing this half a day and I can already see that it will take a lot of work. making meals is time consuming - until I tried to prepare a meal with one complex carb, 1 fat, 1 protein, 1 dairy, I didn't realize how unbalacned my eating has been! Eating well is important and I'm glad this is a day off to focus on proper eating. It will take a lot of planning and working ahead of time.

End of day 1. Feel exhausted. Diet? Sleep catching up? Die some yoga stretches. Right hip/leg really tight.
