Core Syngergistics Again

Well it's been awhile since I met with Tony Regularly to "push play", and I sure did miss it! I did about 20 minutes of Core Syneristics tonight and it felt good. Boy, I'm out of shape again, but I'll get back there soon!

Don't quit!! You'll make it. I did about 35 days the first time and quit for like 2 months. Man starting back is killing me. Just keep it up. :-)
