OK, I'm a little out of order here with my workouts. Took 2 days off, because I was pretty tired. But I did the legs and back today (only half the workout). Nevertheless I'm pretty beat. The pullups are getting better. I'm still doing them all assisted, but they are coming easier and with better form and less assistance from my legs.
My whole body feels tired from this one.
I plan to do Yoga later today, and then tomorrow I'll do Kempo and I'll be back on track!

Doc! You're BACK! Good to hear from you and your note was the inspiration I needed to get off the sofa (having a hard time shaking this cold - present from the kids) and get the blog updated. I've been letting it slip for a couple of days at a time and need to be more diligent.
