Woke up at 6AM to do exercises. Thought about breakfast combos while stillin bed. Ended up with: Cous-cous, tuna, raisins. Tasty!
Eating at work was a challange. I will have to bring my own food. Ended up eating milk, salad & peanuts.
Biceps now sore from exercises this AM! Going to nap, then walik/run and grocery store before bed.
