p90x - Back and Biceps

Still hanging in here...trouble getting back into a routine, even a week after being home. I'm home for 1 more week, then out of the country again for two weeks! Hope I can keep it all together.

I did back and biceps last nigth for the first time. OUCH! Wow, that was tough. How can there possibly be so many different exercises you can do?

The strip sets at the end were pure 100% tor ture!

But it felt good. Bring it!

Today starts my second week. Wasn't easy but I made it through... Just one question, are you following the diet 100%? I kind of made some changes but I'm afraid of not getting the results that I want and after all this effort... Thanks :)

You still bringing it? I hope so! I saw some of your posts on BT which brought me over here. I've done 2 rounds of the X and had great results - I'm a huge Tony fan. I'm now doing the tri thing but miss my Xing days now and then.
