Rest week - Core Synergistics & Kempo

Somehow on my days off, I manage to fill the whole day and leave no time for my workout. I did the first 4-5 moves of core synergistics and can't wait to get at it a gain later this week. It seems really cool (and veyr hard!)

Kempo was fun, I did the whole workout this time. I still dont' sweat as much as Tony and the gang, but it's a great workout none-the-less.

I have recently been on a quest of fitness simular to yours. I have gone from 205 to 172 since December. I adhere to a scrict and healthy diet. I also do cardio and weights for around an hour a day. On the fourth day i just walk for an hour. To keep motivated i watch The Biggest Loser. I have taken a few pictures to see differences, unfortunatley most of them are after so i can't see the change. I check your blog regularly and it is a big inspiration to me. Keep up the good work.
