Well last week's plyo wore me out...it had been about 4 weeks since I did it, and I was fairly sore (but not the worst I've been) for several days. I did yoga on Friday, and it was the best yoga I've done so far with Tony. After two 12 hour work days today I did KempoX and a bonus AbRipper X. Both were the best workouts of each that I've done so far.
Funny how I can take time off, not follow the program, come back and be better than before! One big problem though, is taking time off wiht my diet...that definately does not work! I'm on the heavy side right now, and no idea what my BF% is...been too lazy to check it.
Anyway, I feel good after today's workout.
Also, I recently became a coach...leave a comment, email me or check out my beach body site if you want to become a coach with me and make money while you get in shape!

Hi Doc,
I am on day 5 of p90x and I found your blog. THANKS FOR POSTING IT!! I am inspired by your tenacity and courage. Can you tell me what your starting weight was and the amount of calories were eating daily when you posted those incredible pictures last year? Are you now following the p90x nutrition plan?
I will keep visiting! Keep it up!
:)

hi Slee,
I was following the nutrition plan to a T for the pictures from last spring. That has been my downfall currently, HOWEVER, I refuse to do p90x as an all or nothing proposition. If I can get in 3-6 workouts a week, even with a bad diet, it's better than NO workouts. When life gets really busy, I just press on and don't feel badly. But when the mental energy returns to take the extra time to prepare the food, i'll already have a good physical foundation.
Best of luck with you! If you want to become a coach, let me know!
